Section 63 Action Plans
Section 63 Action Plans are valid in Scotland and are sometimes required for commercial buildings in excess of 1,000 sq m. A Section 63 Action Plan is essentially a requirement to improve the energy efficiency of a commercial building that is larger than 1,000 sq m built before 2002 and doesn't meet the 2002 standard.
