BE AWARE!!!

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE!! They have the worst hygienist in Essex, She doesn't care about her patients, spoke to me like absolute sh***t while cancelling my appointment 30 min before hand for a second time and laughing with her colleagues as she passed the phone over to process my refund. If this is the care she provides then I'm absolutely delighted I didn't let her inside my mouth. CAN YOU IMAGINE HAVING A HEAVY HANDED (I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!) DENTIST INSIDE YOUR MOUTH. There are other dentists/ hygienists in the area please be aware and look elsewhere. Receptionist put the phone down on me while I was requesting my records because she knew that if the protocol was not to see me today regarding a health issue then they had broken protocol during previous appointments!!?? This will be raised. I will be making an official complaint above this surgery as I have no confidence in making a complaint to them directly.
