I am a fully qualified clinical and solution focused hypnotherapist. I trained in Leeds with the Clifton Practice (CPHT) and am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I am also a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am also a certified NLP Coach, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™. I have just completed my ABC Level 2 Counselling.
I can help you to create positive changes in your life. We focus on the present & future and will guide you to change your mind-set and enable you to move forward confidently & positively. I can offer both online and face-to-face therapy.
